You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. All current flampic products are eligible for return within this period.

If TablePro is not right for your setup, contact hello@flampic.com with your order number. We will send the return instructions. Please contact us before sending the product back.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact hello@flampic.com and we will make it right.

12-month warranty

The TablePro table and modules are covered by a 12-month warranty. If anything needs to be repaired or replaced, contact hello@flampic.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds

After the returned item is received, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
